'Do the birds have a constant vertical acceleration? Do they have constant horizontal velocity? Let’s find out, shall we.'
My five year old son is obsessed with Angry Birds. Suggest some ways that I can use the obsession to teach him a little tiny bit about physics. [more inside]
I'm looking for flash "games" suitable in content for a preschool child (ie: no gore, violence, etc.) where you click the mouse or press a key and something happens, but where you're basically just creating random action. For example, clicking the mouse on the screen might cause a "firework" to deploy or a bubble to be created or burst. Any suggestions?
Pat-a-cake; The Itsy Bitsy Spider ... and ....? Can you suggest some traditional rhymes/games with motions like the two above that I can play with my 16 month old son. Preferably things that can be done lying down (so Head Shoulder Knees and Toes won't work well).
