A character in a recent movie records sounds with a mic into a single device made of a small keyboard with drum pads, then turns the sounds into music using this keys/pad instrument and some kind of mixing board, both lap sized. I can't seem to find any pictures online. Do these instruments exist?

I bought a new 2012 Toyota Corolla LE. I received 2 Master keys (Smart keys with buttons) and a valet key (starts the car, but doesn't open the trunk). The dealership wants crazy $ to make more keys. They're equipped with an immobilizer, so only those keys can be used to start the car.
I want a spare that will open the doors in case I lock myself out, either for a Hide-A-Key under the car or my wallet. Will a $3 duplicate from a hardware store accomplish this? If not, is there a cheap way to go about it?

I spilled beer on my laptop. I got a missing or corrupt BIOS error on startup and a number of keys didn't do anything when pressed. I disassembled the laptop and cleaned the inside with alcohol wipes and replaced the keyboard. The BIOS error is gone and the keys register as input but in pairs. Is there a software solution to this problem?

I just bought a used Thinkpad T61 and the e,t, and space bar keys work intermittently. The keyboard is reasonably clean and nothing is obstructing the keycaps underneath. I have taken out the keyboard and reseated the keyboard connector. Is this just a bad keyboard or should i be worried about something else? (os is linux/ubuntu)

I own an Asus netbook with a chiclet keyboard. I've had it for about a year and a half now and I would really like to properly clean the keyboard. But I can't seem to find instructions for how to take the keys off and clearly I don't want to break them! Has anyone out there done this before? Is it possible?

What is the best way I can reach that brief high note Alicia Keys sings in "Empire State of Mind"? "Concrete jungle where dreams are MADE of..." I'm just a singer who hears the notes, can't read music but is trying not to sound like I'm screaming on the hook like she does. And I need to learn this by tonight! Please help.

The left CTRL key popped off of my ThinkPad T43, the casualty of a RAM upgrade. The blue nipple seems to have come unglued from both the keyboard and the key. Is it safe to glue onto the keyboard? Googling reveals warnings of not using superglue and using superglue. Would a silicon adhesive be safer? Better?

My roommate and I recently picked up a Kimball console organ for the price of carrying it down three flights of stairs. Unfortunately, we banged one of the keys on the lower row on the way down, and now it's stuck. While B is a solid note as far as notes go, does anybody have any tips on how to unstick it?

My cat got on my roommate's MacBook and now it's minimizing windows whenever she presses the "m" key. Then it's bringing up the preferences of whatever application she's in. It happened as she was trying to search Google in Firefox, and then just type "m" in Word! I checked the sticky keys, no dice. Tried restarting, still happening. It means she can't really do anything because there are lots of m's out there! Help!!!!

I own a condo in a twelve-story vintage building in Chicago. I am trying to get copies of the keys to *my* *unit's* front door (not copies of the mag lock key to the front door of the building). Everywhere I go tells me it's a "do not copy" blank but my miraculously sucky management office insists it isn't and says they can't do anything to get me another key to my front door. Suggestions?
