I'm missing some songs from my MP3 collection that I'd really like to have, but don't seem to be readily available. Where do I find these rarities? Some of the songs were from CD's that the local radio station put out. Others were from artists who were smaller and the CD's aren't available easily. iTunes, Buy.com, Napster don't seem to have these type of things, and they don't seem to be on Kazaa or Gnutella. Am I doomed to never find them? Is there someplace that sells these CD's or MP3s?

I know that the RIAA has sued users of certain P2P networks like Kazaa, with mixed results. I'd like to know if there are any other examples of companies or agencies suing individuals for alleged copyright infringement...(like maybe the MPAA going after people on BitTorrent or something.) I'm sure it's been asked before, but I can't find it. What's the best free mp3 downloader out there now? Kazaa is kaput with ads now, in my opinion.

Ad/Spyware problem. My fiancee was looking for some freeware and when she installed Kazaa (not lite) a bunch of programs were installed. We've tried everything we can think of and can't get rid of something called media-search.net. (more inside) [more inside]
