I'm reading Posner now to get a better grasp on the "Law and Economics" perspective. However utilitarian moral relativism (even Posners qualified version) has to many holes for my tastes. He accepted and was dealt a serious sentence. I have a few issues with the way this all went down and wonder if there exists a way to withdraw his plea.
