I just bought a juice extractor. It's very nice but it takes a lot of space. Help me justify this space with ideas on how to exploit it better. Carrot juice oK. But how about recipes, desserts, sauces? What else could I use it for?

Does anyone remember an orange drink called RealGold Orange Juice? It was a concentrate that came in a little can about the size of a can of tomato paste? This was about 30 plus years ago and I remember my grandma always bought it.

Tomato Filter - As a kid I used to get fresh hand-squeezed tomato juice. It was heavenly. (I lived in a 3rd world country, where vegetables didn't taste like cardboard.) Where can I get very ripe (even if some are close to rotting) tomatoes for cheap or relatively cheap in the S.E. Michigan area? Organic or home-grown would be a definite plus, but I'll take what I can get...

So getting into 'juice'ing, I'm wondering what kind of fruits and vegetables do what. I mean I've tried the obvious carrots, but do more exotic combinations exists? Is there a website about juicing? Somewhere that describes the benefit and taste of various fruit and vegetable combinations.

Fasting. I'm healthy and have a normal weight, but I've been overindulging lately and thought of trying a two day fast. Can you juice fast without a juicer? What about just eating nothing but fruits, veggies, and water for a few days? I'm not considering it for spiritual reasons either, I just feel gross. Any experiences or advice?
