I want to put interesting smallish things in a
poison ring that I was given. The chamber is about a centimeter wide (across my finger) and .75 cm in the other dimensions. What can I put in there?

Losing weight (over 225 to under 210) and I'd like to lose more. I already feel my wedding ring is loose. I don't want to lose it. I don't want to get it adjusted at a jeweler.
1. I don't really trust our local jeweler.
2. Looking more for a reversible option.
The ideal answer would involve something like, "here's where you buy this great gadget that fits over your ring and it comes in various sizes.
Thanks for your time.

Hit me with your best ideas for crafty ways of making my own custom seal signet rings. They cost above $300/each online, and more for a custom seal.
I have access to a laser cutter, and am pretty crafty, but though I'm trained I don't currently have access to a jewelry studio. Any suggestions?

Jewelry filter: I have a wedding ring
here
and it is peridot and diamond stones. I recently went hiking and a lot of dirt got stuck behind the stones. I have tried washing it and scrubbing it with a soft toothbrush, but some of it is not coming out. There are tiny holes in the backside of the gems that the dirt got into. Any ideas for cleaning? Would a jeweler be able to clean it?

I am ready to pop the question and am looking for places in Chicago to buy a wedding ring. Has anyone had success with a jeweler buying a wedding ring that they recommend? I want to customize the design a bit.

I *love* this
aquamarine and diamond 14K ring, which is priced at $1850(USD). Not that I'm actually planning on buying it, but just for curiosity's sake, and possibly for practical use much further down the financial road, is this a competitive price, or could I hope to have one just like it made, or to find something similar, for less?

I'm in possession of an old engagement ring that was purchased in ~2002 and was, at the time, about $750 at one of those mall jewelry stores. It's less than a carat, but I'm not sure how much less. No paperwork. I'd forgotten I still had it until I found it in a box. Ex did not want it returned. What's the best way to get rid of it and get the most cash possible?

My mother gave me a pearl ring (one white and one black natural pearls on a simple silver band, can't find a close match online) to give to my fiance. It's incredibly small, and I would absolutely need to have it resized to fit her finger, by at least a half size, and as much as a whole size. What would that cost, and given the ring, is it worth it? It's from about 1970 or so. I'm in Chicago, is there any place that you can recommend?

Any Advice on the best way to sell a ring and not get ripped off? A friend of mine has an engagement ring he would like to sell (the relationship died some time ago, before he popped the question). It was originally worth $2,500 and he would like to maximize his return. Clearly, a pawn shop is not the way to go, but neither of us know what other options there are.
