Memory foam mattress in Japan?

So Tuft & Needle and the like are pretty cool and exciting, except I live in Japan. What options, if any, do I have for a Double-size good memory foam mattress in Japan? Like, not just a topper.

How does one start a restaurant in the US with a foreigner?

Long story short: I have a friend here in Japan who runs a ramen shop. His lifelong dream is to move to America and open a ramen shop there, and my wife and I are hoping to help him do this a few years down the road (my wife would basically run the business end of things and perhaps own it on paper, and he'd be in charge of the kitchen end of things). Cheddar crackers in Japan

Does anyone know where to buy Cheds or Cheez-Its in Japan? Mail order is best but anything helps. I've had precious little luck finding anything on the domestic market good enough to qualify as a replacement.

Help my phone help me find myself

Am I the only one having trouble with iOS 5 location-based reminders being really, really inconsistent? (I live in rural Japan, for what it's worth, and have my home address stored in Japanese in my "my information" contact entry) And what, if anything, can I do to make it work more consistently at a bare minimum?

TV tuner for MacBook that works in US *and* Japan

Looking for a TV tuner, but here's the catch: it has to be compatible with a MacBook (so USB or FireWire only), and I'd really prefer if it supported both US and Japan over-the-air broadcasts (bonus points for HD).
