What are these glowing eggs doing on my jalapeno plant?

GardenFilter. What insect will these translucent (and possibly glowing) eggs turn into? Photo here. I'd have to get another look after dark to see if they really are glowing or are simply reflective.

If they will turn into something that will eat the plant or the fruit I'll get rid of them, but I'd rather leave them alone if they are likely to be beneficial or neutral.

Hot hot hot!

Spice-loving co-worker leaving for a new job. Where can we buy hot pepper plant seedlings as going-away presents? My departing colleague claims to have hot sauce for blood, and who am I to deny it? She even has hot pepper tattoos. I happened to have a habernero plant that my girlfriend and I have been tending since spring. Repotted, this will make a nice gift. But a variety of such plants would be, shall I say, cool. Is there an online nursery that sells seedlings or small plants that my other co-workers can purchase for our departing friend?

I live in Bucks County PA, if that makes a difference.

Burning senstation in my finger tips, borax or jalapeno pepper?

I chopped up a half of a jalapeno pepper this evening but later also did a little hand washed laundry with borax. The fingertips in my right hand are burning - was the jalapeno or the borax??? How do I stop this burning? (assuming milk would help, I don't have any!)

What pinched my peck of peppers?

What's stealing my jalapeño peppers? And how can I stop it/them? I'm growing the jalapeños in a container on my roof, so I assume the culprit is some sort of bug, bird, or bat. I had several nice red ones ready to pick today, some almost as big as my thumb. But when I went outside, they were completely gone from the plant--not nibbled, just totally gone. I thought birds and other animals wouldn't eat jalapeños because they're too spicy and the capsacin acts as a natural deterrent? And my red bell peppers and red tomatoes, a more usual prey for the birds, are right next to the pepper pot and are undisturbed. What gives?
