Please recommend me a dock/speaker solution to play music from an iPhone 4s and Android devices as well.

Thinking about getting iPhone 5 for Christmas--currently have Droid 3 with Verizon and contract not up--6 months left. Do I have any purchasing options other than paying $600+ for the new iPhone? Should I pay to cancel current contract and start a new one and get phone at a discount? Other thoughts?

I am looking for advice on finding the best smart phone deals. I have an old clamshell phone. I need very little for myself...not even texting though want the occasional use of apps. I am currently moving to Denver and may switch from AT&T though my wireless and phones are bundled and very cheap ($90/mo for our two cheap phones and wireless for home though that would change *a lot* with upgrades?). I am really confused on what the hell is a decent deal. I don't make many calls whatsoever but my wife will be calling family or perhaps using Face Time/Messaging via an iPhone if we can afford. We don't need the newest and best phones but am not sure where to start for packaging costs, especially as we may do wireless separate once we get to Denver. Any thoughts on how you would go about this, where you would buy a phone (new or refurb), deals that have worked for you (assuming you don't use the phone for a lot but still want the options of some of the apps). iPhone? Samsung? Razr? Carriers recommendations? I want to go as low $ as possible but not make a stupid decision out of pinching the hell out of the pennies.

My wife and I are going to swap our elderly "regular" cell phones on Sprint for smart phones on Virgin Mobile. My wife is going to go with the Optimus Elite. My question is this: Can it possibly be worth it for me to go with the less expensive iPhone ($550) over the highest-spec Android phone (the Evo V 4G at $300)?

My HTC Droid Eris is pretty much out-of-commission...6 months before my contract with Verizon is up (and I'm eligible for a discounted new phone). The warranty is up also. What are my options?

I'm currently with Verizon and have a Motorola Droid. Now that the walls have come down, I'm considering the iPhone (mainly because I use iTunes and don't want to carry a clunky iPod). However, I want to make sure before I make the leap that I will not regret it. Is the iPhone an upgrade or a downgrade? What's the big difference?

Now that the Verizon iPhone is official, I'm going to be counting down the days until February 10th. I'd like your tips/advice/anecdotes about switching from Android to iPhone.

cell phones-- is reception related to the phone itself (I'm assuming the antenna/transmitter within the phone?) or only the physical location of the caller? Help me pick a smartphone & carrier please!

Are you considering the iPhone or the Droid? Which one did you get and how did you decide? I am already a Verizon customer; also my sister has an iPhone and is willing to add me to her plan if I choose the iPhone.

Switching to Verizon, buying a Droid, paying AT&Ts early termination fee, and then selling my 16GB iPhone 3Gs on Ebay to cover my costs and break even (or better) seems like it's too easy. Am I missing something?
