about a year ago, I had a falling out with a mutual friend, complete with group g-chat strategy sessions, late-night mediations and about a dozen really, really long emails. the reason for it doesn't matter that much, but This Lady showed no good faith in my intentions and less than no respect for me as a somewhat intelligent and considerate person.
since my two closest friends are good friends with are, am i obligated to invite This Lady to any mass party or event things?

Should I invite friends to our wedding that I'm not that close to and/or haven't really stayed in touch with? Do people think of wedding invitations as obligations to give gifts? Would it be really awkward? Or am I over-thinking this and I should just invite whoever I want to invite?

[WeddingFilter] Getting married, and I'm in the guest-list home stretch, with a hard limit of 150 guests. I work at a job where I am highly encouraged to do networking from my personal Facebook account. I made the mistake of announcing my engagement there by changing my relationship status. Now everyone expects to come! What do I do? And how do I avoid offending them?

Yay, we got married, it was awesome, perfect for us, we invited NO ONE! However, it is a first marriage for both us, who are each in our early thirties and I'm having a hard time reconciling competing ideas from friends, family, and even my silly head. Can you help me figure out to include our loved ones in the celebration in a way that is fun for everyone and stressful for no one? (This gets a little long and rambling)

My fiancé and I are eloping. Woo! We’re having a big ‘engagement’ party afterwards with our family and friends where we’ll reveal that we are married. But our family and friends live in multiple countries, as well as multiple states of Australia. We are a bit worried that people will be think, ‘I can’t make an engagement party, but I’ll go to the wedding’. Which, um, they won’t get to do. We know we won’t be able to get everyone to come to the party where all is revealed, but how can we maximise the number of people who do come?

My boyfriend and I were sitting around one night listening to an extensive amount of circus music I had the thought... we totally need to put on a circus-themed party. We found and booked a venue with a good friend who owns a bar, booked a few performers (jugglers, contortionists, musicians, all close friends). The date is set, place booked, now for the promotion which will make or break the event.

I am looking for a punch similar to the following:
Photo Corner Slot Punch.
However this puts 2 slots in to the paper. What I am looking for is a punch that only puts one slots into the paper. This 2 slot punch makes the photos slide in and then come out the other slot. The one slot punch I am looking for would hide the corner of the photo creating an octagon effect. I hope this is a good enough explanation and any help would be appreciated.

We had response cards printed for our wedding invitations. They are the fold-over kind. Only one of the four sides has print: "please rsvp...". The cards are flat and ready to be folder by us for stuffing into the envelope...Which way are the cards folded over? So that the guest can write a reply on the blank inside? Or so that they open the card up to the printed rsvp "M______" text?
