I have an 8GB iTouch with a voice recorder, and a crappy Samsung flip phone. I am about to do a phone interview, and I need to record it. What's the best way to hook my MP3 player up to my phone to record the interview?

What are the best tricks, using an audio program like Audacity, for improving a recording of a phone interview where the other guy sounds really quiet, but your voice is loud?
