I have a friend who has become totally reliant on an e-mail account, which was provided by an internet service provider which she has just left to go to a new ISP. She uses Outlook 2003 as her e-mail client program. Unfortunately, she is now finding that after moving to this new ISP that although she can receive e-mails absolutely fine, she cannot send e-mails.

My folks are visiting. They won't migrate to contemporary email services such as gmail, preferring to rely on the email service from their broadband provider, Roadrunner.
On the road, they have used "https://webmail.roadrunner.com/" as the point of access in the past.
However, at the moment, the website appears to be universally inaccessible from within my hole LAN, wired or wifi.
When I access the URL, no browser completes the page render. If allowed to timeout, I can examine the source for the page, and the sent content includes a frame hosting a javascript which appears to loop, directing the frame to load "https://webmail.roadrunner.com/".
They are not interested in setting up mail client access or forwarding.
How can I solve this?

A friend has had an old Hotmail account hacked. The hacker used information in the archives there to access a YouTube account where apparently some compromising videos were uploaded. The hacker copied the videos to another YouTube account, and then sent links to the videos to my friend's family - and worse still, to members of the executive board of the nonprofit organization by whom my friend is (was?) employed. He reached out desperately to me, but I know nothing but the most basic things about Internet security and privacy law...

Google Apps Upgrade Question: I use free version of gmail for my personal domain and because it pulls my personal and work emails I have reached the 7GB limit. I find the ability of searching all my emails in one place on web very useful (as oppose to installing desktop clients on all the different computers I work on).

Hypothetically, let's say that an employee from CompanyX, a rather large large semi-techie company, sent something they shouldn't have to a competitor. The employee didn't use their work email address (which the company can search) but they did use their company computer at work and something like their Yahoo account.

Is there an easier way to select a group of emails in Outlook and extract their header information to a file or to the clipboard - together, all at once? An Outlook plugin perhaps?
Outlook's method sucks because you can only get one header at a time via right-click and view options.
I've got a load of spam that I need to send to my host for investigation.

I'm looking for a script (javascript?) that will place an "email this post" button after posts on my blog. Something similar to the way you can email news stories from Yahoo!, etc.
For the love of God, help me.
If possible, I'd like to get one with a captcha or some such security device, but not absolutely necessary.
Link to my site is available through my name, above, if that helps.
I should also point out that I am not a coder, I barely know the difference between Javascript and printing.

Riddle me this: there are two Windows XP computers (desktop and laptop) on the same Internet connection, behind the same router, connecting wirelessly to it. The laptop often (but not every time) takes a really long time (30 seconds+) to send email and connect to certain websites. The desktop never has this problem. What's going on?
