Can anyone recommend a simple open source library management system / book database which offers a searchable web front-end / OPAC and which accepts imported data without MARC records (ie CSV or tab-delimited)? [more inside]

I'm looking for a file browsing and HTML- and media-viewing interface that can be set up on a Mac OS X machine locally and accessed through a web browser. Remote access not necessary; I'm just looking for a local interface. [more inside]

I'm looking for a simple web FTP interface to allow clients to upload files to my web server. I'm using Dreamhost, so it has to be installable on standard Apache / PHP / MySQL, etc. I'd like to have a simple "upload file" area in the client's section where they choose 1-3 files and click "upload."

How can I get data from a Flash interface-based web page? e.g. When I click on an item in the interface, is there anyway to get info on what was selected, etc? For example, on http://homestarrunner.com/sbemail.html, how can I get the data on which selection was made from the list? I'd like to take that data into a PHP app and do something with it elsewhere.
