I usually sleep OK. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep (mind racing, problems at work, etc, etc) but once I'm out, I'm out. I'll wake up once a night maybe to take a leak, but other than that, I'm good. Now, not so much. [more inside]
I keep good sleep hygiene. I have herbal tea and a warm bath/shower an hour before bed. I take 50-75 mg of Benedryl (or equivalent) every night. I'm still only sleeping 3-4 hours a night. I can't take Ambien because it makes me sleepwalk. Ideas?
My husband falls asleep in front of the TV four or five nights a week. He says this is the only way he can get to sleep. I hate sleeping alone and this has become a Big Issue. Should I let this go and if not, how can I communicate more effectively? [more inside]
