I have had an insanely painful headache, possibly caused by a pulled muscle in my neck, for over week and nothing I have tried has helped. I have seen my doctor and his diagnosis/suggestions haven't really led me anywhere. Help me come up with more things to try before I go crazy.

My mom woke up from a nap today and got very angry at me, for no reason at all. I asked her what was wrong and she told me about a nightmare and how I wouldn't run away from these tigers or whatever, after she kept calling me. I just laughed my head off, but she was seriously angry with me.

What is the deal with people who are following 800 others on Twitter and have no website linked to their account? I'm talking (apparently) private citizens here, not brands. You look at their twitter page, and it's just a photo, a name, and 800 friends. What are they trying to accomplish? Do they really read all the incoming tweets? Are they just hoping to make some random selection of people interested in them?

There is a very loud, very bad Elvis impersonator within spitting distance from my office window. I work very hard in a high stress position at a non profit, and he is really ruining my job satisfaction. The cops won't do anything, I've tried. I don't get paid much, so I can't afford to bribe him. I have tried listening to music through headphones to drown him out but that's almost as distracting.
