I'm being crushed under the weight of all the information I need to process. Most of it revolves around my job. I've thought about it ad nauseum, and I sincerely don't think there's the option to just back off from certain responsibilities to lighten my load. Delegation to others is also not an option, at least at the moment. Like a Business', but nothing practical like 'How to run a helpdesk', 'How To Keep Track of Software Licenses' or even 'What does an I.T. Manager really do?'.
