I'm a dude going to marry a dude in New York State. Said dude I am going to marry is a resident alien from the UK. Will the UK recognize the marriage? Does he become an American Citizen by marrying him? Does that counteract his UK citizenship? What are my rights, here?

My wife and I live outside the United States. We are both U.S. citizens. We currently employee a full-time nanny for our daughter. Our nanny is from the Philippines and she is awesome. She is not a U.S. citizen. Eventually we will be moving back to the U.S. What is the likelihood that we could take our nanny with us when we move back? What would we have to do to make this possible?

I'm 25 and a Permament Resident of the United States. I want to apply (and am eligible) for citizenship. Stupidly, I neglected to register for Selective Service until now. However, I was able to get my registration processed before my upcoming 26 birthday (the absolute deadline for registration). Can I apply for citizenship, or will I not have the requisite five years of good moral character, since I haven't registered until very recently?

US permanent resident, applying for citizenship. I've made many brief road-trips to Canada over the past five years to see my family and can't possibly remember them all. There are also two trips to Europe I can't precisely date. The citizenship application requires that I report all trips out of the country. What should I do? I really don't want to wait
another five years for citizenship. Can I ask to view my entry/exit record with USCIS so as to be able to reconstruct my travels on that basis? Is there a better way to do this?

Is this illegal? I'm a Canadian living in the US legally but not allowed to work. I run an online business based out of Canada (use a Canadian address for all payments, bank account etc...). I suppose I'm working for a Canadian company (my own) but living in the US. Additionally, and I haven't done this yet, would importing revenues from the business to use for living expenses affect the legality?
