Batch image edit needed!

I am looking for a site/service/person who can batch edit the background out of 125 images and swap in a blue screen background. Any ideas?

-The pictures are of ppl (from the waist up) holding a piece of 81/2X11 sheet of paper.
-The background is a neutral textured wall, that blends pretty well with some of the clothes ppl are wearing. :(
-Here is a link to three samples sample 1 sample 2 sample 3 -This is for a library centric music video project I am working on.
-Paying for this out of pocket, but I'm willing to pay for help!
-May have one or two other similar projects if this one works out well.

Basic image editing question

Basic image editing question How do you stretch text and images in photoshop? I'm sure this is an easy question, but I don't have the software yet, and I want to hit the ground running. Please look at the attached image to see what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.
Image editing to change colored lines to a black and white pattern

I have a line graph with the lines in color. I want to reprint it in a black and white publication. What's the fastest and easiest way to edit the lines in the graph to change them from color to a readable black and white pattern (e.g. dots, dashes). Here is the color image: http://dshort.com/charts/bears/four-bears-large.gif

So for example, I would like to replace the blue line labelled "current bear" with a black and white patterned line of (e.g.) dots.

The one clumsy way I could think of is to sample the blue color and change it to black then use an eraser tool to break up the black line into a pattern. Ugh.

Automator-filter: Help me redact!

How do I automate image redaction with Automator? I looked high and low for an automator action to put a white box over a certain part of a TIFF file. I have over 500 images that need to be redacted in the same place. All the image actions I find involve applying filters and other specific menu actions, but I want to draw a box over text in the lower left corner of an image.

If there is a free way to do this otherwise with Windows, Linux or Mac, I am open to suggestions.

How to make pictures look more like cartoons/illustrations?

I would like to make some photographs look more like cartoons or illustrations in Fireworks (or Photoshop if necessary). Anyone have some tips on getting this accomplished? I have Fireworks 8 on my machine and access to Photoshop CS2 at school if worse comes to worse. Hi, all. I have been doing web design for a while, and while it is appropriate to use photographs for illustrations sometimes, there are other times when it's simply not a good fit. Does anyone know any good techniques for making a picture less life-like in Fireworks or Photoshop? I use Fireworks primarily, but if it's only possible in PS, I will take a jaunt up to school to do it.

TIA
PhotoBlogging

I find myself uploading pictures to my blog an awful lot, which means sampling, cropping, resaving, and then uploading. Is there a light program that can do all these things at once? ImageWell looks perfect, but it's Mac-only (I use Windows). What do you recommend?
