I have a large graphic (say, 20 screens' worth, vertically scrolling) that is full of text that needs the image to be viewed at full size to read. When putting this on a website, I'd like much of this text on the image to be clickable, i.e. linked. I'd prefer not to use the HTML map tag or Flash, and I'm no coder. Is there a web service that could make this easier?

Is their a service that would allow me to upload my images and embed them into my website in a particular style (see
this link for a crude mock-up). I also want the ability for the user to click on an image and for a bigger version to appear (using jQuery or some other javacript library).

I have just finished building this website... http://www.frankxcarter.com ...for a friend of mine. In Google Chrome the front page displays with no lines across the photograph and the link images {Journal, Photos, etc.) appear when you roll the mouse over the photograph. However, in Firefox there are thick horizontal white lines across the image and in Internet Explorer the rollovers don't display properly at all!
Any advice as to how I can rectify will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Theo

How do I get my images where I want? I'm trying to overlay images on a background. Is there a fancy tool I could use that will tell me the exact coordinates? Should I not try tables and do some fancy css? Or am I going at this ass backwards?
Here's what I'm
talking about. It's a self link, but nothing really to see but my issue. View the source to see my attempt.
