I want to use iPhoto and some of the other iLife software, but I don't want to buy a Mac. Can I run this software effectively using software such as VMWare on my Windows 7 PC?

I am losing my mind. iPhoto '11 keeps opening by itself, despite the fact that I am not plugging anything into my Mac. I am just surfing the web or working on a Pages document, and the icon starts bouncing. I have tried checking Image Capture to see if something is telling iPhoto to open, but there is nothing there. I've even turned off automatic updates in iPhoto, but every five minutes or so, it opens itself. Help!

Does the $29.99 upgrade version of Apple's OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard come with iLife and iWork 09 like the box set, or will it update older versions of iLife and iWork to the 09 version?

I would like my iLife applications to have their libraries and assorted bumf (ie iDVD themes and Garageband loops) on my networked drive, clearing up space on my powerbook. I recently read about an application that did this but two days of googl'n later I'm stuck. Anyone?

iPhoto 5: I love the new iPhoto and I'm really impressed with the new photobook formats. I want to order one, but after using the auto-format, half the images did a nice full page bleed while others are tiny and centered on the page. I can't seem to figure out how to stretch the smaller photos into a full page bleed. The photos are all the same large size and bit depth. Anyone figure this out yet?
