One of a number of painting/pictures I acquired recently is of a statue in which a man is holding a tetrahedron (

pic 2). I am fascinated by the image, but have no idea about actual information about the statue. Artist, title, location, intended subject matter, etc., etc. Any help in identification and/or additional info would be great!

For a season or two on
Seinfeld Elaine was working at J. Peterman's place and had an office with a large photo (maybe a painting) of a bridge or a dock or some such thing. It was directly behind her desk and was in at least one episode, probably more than a couple. Can anyone identify said poster/print and maybe point to a place to buy?
