I need to find an Ice cream man (man with an ice cream truck)... to provide products for my 3 yr old son's birthday party in west central Florida for this Saturday. I can't find any listings in the yellow pages, and Google seems a bit worthless regarding this. Any ideas? [more inside]

OK, so there's this ice cream truck that's been around my block about a dozen or so times in the last hour. It's playing this really obnoxious song that starts/ends with a woman saying 'Hello' and there's a couple of breaks with a horn and a whistle doing 4 consecutive beats. What is this? [more inside]
