Where can one play good online poker with real players (or a program w/*really* good AI with weaknesses and styles)? Not for cash - just for practice. Ipad app or website fine. *Not* just Texas Hold'em/7 card stud, but finishing off the

I'm trying to figure out if a iPad is what I'm looking for to help me reduce my physical books, particularly cookbooks and printed (from the internet) recipes. I'm looking for an app to play video/audio that is stored on my Mac desktop to my ipad, while on my apartment's wireless network. I do not need to access these files from the outside world, but I do need to be able to run the files without being in front of my desktop. I'm looking for something besides using the iTunes sync function to load the video onto the iPad. Recommendations?

iPad 2 apps for 86yo grandmother? It's her birthday, and my dad got her an iPad 2 - what apps/set up would you suggest?
She uses her computer primarily for email, but doesn't get back to the room it is in often anymore. My dad has already set up her email and downloaded a book for her - what apps would you suggest? We're hoping she can easily learn to use it, and it will help alleviate her boredom.
She does not use Facebook, or any social networking.
