Made white bean and kale soup (vegetarian broth) with small chunk of parmesan cheese rind. Left out on stove overnight and didn't see it before running to work this morning (as I said, special lame-o edition). Now need dinner. Should I risk the soup?

- i recently had to get an i phone 5 for work at a new job.
- i backed up the previous iphone 4 to i cloud.
- when i re-entered i cloud, it said the backup is incomplete.
- i thought i had changed my apple id username,
but i have only been able to use the old id so obviously i must have done it incorrectly
- i cannot sync my old contacts and photos to my new i phone.
- i assume all the contacts are on the old sim, but it doesnt fit a 5.
- i probably dont have access to the old handset.
- i might be able to use my girlfriends handset, but not reset it.
- i want the photos and contacts.
i am starting to really hate apple.
how do i do it - is there a way or have i lost all my contacts?

Huge jackpot lotteries in the USA, like Powerball and Mega Millions, offer the jackpot as either an annuity for the total amount of the prize, or a lump sum for a reduced amount. It seems that the vast majority of the winners pick the lump sum over the annuity. Which to me just makes no sense at all. [more inside]

I gave my boyfriend a surprise gift of a list of one hundred things I loved about him for valentines day. He found it after I left his house and called to say it was the most thoughtful thing anyone had ever done for him. I don't want to be the first to say "I love you" because I never have with any of my previous relationships and prefer a guy say those words first, but upon further reflection I am wondering if the list would count as the inadvertent equivalent of saying those three heavy words. Songfilter: There was a song that I was listening on the radio a while back that I'd like to listen to again but my google-fu is failing me. The song is a little slow with light female vocals, and one of the lines in the chorus was or sounded like "I assume, I assume, I assume." Does this ring a bell to anyone?

I understand the normal rules for "I" and "Me" in sentences, but I simply cannot figure out the answer to this example.
What I want to say is that my dad and I are regional truckers (or me and my dad are regional truckers). If I stay true to the "I" vs."Me" formula I learned in school and eliminate the objective pronoun, the simplified version of the sentence can be written as either "I are regional truckers" or "me are regional truckers", and both of these look atrocious written down. I'm not a seasoned grammarian, but even I know that neither one of these seems to be the correct answer. Am I missing something?
