Removing molar and wisdom tooth in STL

Need to get molar and wisdom tooth removed in STL without any insurance. Know of any good cost-effective places to go/Any good ideas? So, my girlfriend is willing to help me lose this molar that's pretty much been causing me pain. I don't have the money to get rid of it otherwise and there's this wisdom tooth that's been causing me pain as well. Can an oral surgeon do both or should I visit both a dentist AND an oral surgeon? Anyways, yeah, in STL any good suggestions for cost-effective measures for this sort of thing? Also, I would much rather be out of it/ have it be painless, for most of it. I hate going to the dentist, even those I love.

Help me beat perspiration on vacation

How can I beat perspiration while I'm on vacation? I'm a fairly sweaty person and will be doing significant traveling in Europe in July. What tips do you have to keep me looking good without showering three times a day? I have a problem with perspiration, especially in my underarm and nether regions. Currently I use a strong deodorant/anti-perspirant and Gold Bond powder, but I still have to change my shirt when I get home from work in order to feel comfortable.

With this vacation upcoming, I'm concerned about all the time I'll be spending outdoors and in non-air-conditioned places. I'm planning on involving a significant amount of biking and walking in my sightseeing but I sometimes have issues with sweat visible on my clothing, especially in hot weather or when being physically active. I don't want to look like every other tourist in cargo shorts. I've also heard that many cathedrals frown upon wearing shorts, plus I would rather not have to spend time going back to the hotel before a nice dinner or cultural experience.

Any tips on clothing (especially a decent pair of pants), products, medication, or other strategies would be much appreciated. Anonymous comments can be directed to sweatytraveler@gmail.com.

Natural clothes spray?

Is there something with which I could spray my clothes in the stead of washing them? I am a lazy male that has not had nor has any prospects of human female contact for the appreciable future.

Furthermore, I hate doing laundry.

As such, it would be a magnificent boon to my misanthropic hermit lifestyle if I could simply spray particularly my underwear (undershirt, underwear proper, socks; all cotton) in order to neutralize their smell (of bread; I find my underwear smells like bread after a day of wear), kill any harmful bacteria or other microorganisms that would do me harm without evolving any MRSA type bugs, and also potentially inhibit the yellow stains of sweat and fear.

The pertinent caveat being my general mistrust of mankind extends to his industrial chemical products and as such I am looking for 'natural' type solutions that preferably require little to no preparation other than pouring into a spray bottle. Vinegar comes to mind but wouldn't that smell?

(Presently I just hang my underwears to 'air out' for a day and then alternate two pair like so for a week. There has to be a better way though).

Old-Timey Shave in Chicago?

Where can I get an old-timey shave in the city of Chicago? I've never gone under the blade or the hot towel and I'd like to try it if only for the experience. I'd prefer to avoid "Sport Clips" or any of those places where cigar-chomping steakheads go. Looking to stay mostly to the north side of Chicago or Evanston-Skokie area. Bonus points if they have a barber pole out front and the guy's name is "Smitty."

stinky workplace

Do some people not smell body odour? Is there a polite way of asking people to wear deodorant? Colleagues of mine, otherwise possessing the normal range of social graces and conforming behaviour, reek of stinky B.O. Should I get over my hygienist fetish, or can I politely mention that I think that they stink to high heaven? Can they not smell themselves, or are they somehow ignorant of their stench?

Of course, it's also terrible on the train in in the morning (for some reason, it's always the indian students), but I accept that that is the price to pay for public transport.

shower gel??

What is shower gel? Is it liquid soap? is it moisturiser? How am I supposed to use it? I just got a 50 ml tube of the stuff as an extra in an expensive cologne gift pack. About the only thing that's clear to me is that it's to be used in the shower. Not much of a metrosexual am I?
