Employee scheduling solution? Our in-house staff is big enough to require something better than a manually updated Excel file, but not big enough to warrant the time and expense of a full ERP...

Applicant tracking software. Does anyone have any experience with the multitudes of hosted applicant tracking software providers out there (for posting jobs and managing resumes internally)? Currently, our company is testing out Prohire, but as the person who handles the website, I find it to less than desirable from a code standpoint and from a customer service standpoint. It is affordable at around $300 a month. Does anyone have any recommendations?
