I'm working on blogger blog getting around 20-30K page loads a month (around 1100 a day). I'm porting the blog into WordPress and am looking for current hosts that are optimized for that piece of software and those numbers of visitors. Suggestions?

I'm looking for a good way to share files with my clients that average about 20-25 MB each. While I've seen a number of (excellent) recommendations, like drop.io
, I haven't been able to find one with this feature: Tracking which people download the file
. I'd be okay if users had to create accounts, or if it was tracked by click-through from email links. But it must be private and allow user tracking.

Two of my best friends are twin sisters, gorgeous, and 24/7 lifestyle Dommes. They've recently decided to go professional, probably via a website involving webcams and such.
I'm helping them investigate the possibilities.
Any suggestions? Who should they use as a host? What should they expect for initial expenses, etc.?
Thanks in advance.

LastPass, the password storage service, says that all encryption occurs on my computer, so that the only way to see the passwords is with my encryption key. Is there a way for someone to prove this, or do we have to take them at their word? If it's the latter, does the incentive for LastPass to tell the truth outweigh the incentive for the alternative? Help me find a green hosting provider. I am a fan of what Slicehost offers, particularly their great priced virtualized servers, but I am looking for a certified carbon neutral provider. Any ideas?

So I've taken some 360 degree photos and I'd like to host them somewhere on the internet.
I've found a couple of places but I can't get them to work (they're a bit clunky): http://pan0.net/ & http://you3dview.com/
Have I missed something? I thought this would be quite popular and there would be a site like Flickr or Vimeo hosting them.
