I need a dedicated Microsoft Windows Server 2003 hosted in Brazil. I know nothing about Brazil, and I'm in the United States.

Anybody have experience with plone hosting service providers? I need to find a good reliable provider. So far I have come across High Speed Rails, Siteground and Interlix. Any feedback on them would be helpful.

Thanks to your earlier
help, I have successfully ported my C# project over to the Mac. I have also ordered a new DSL line with a static IP from bway.net. What do I need to know in order to host my website, accessible via my TLD, on a PowerPC Mac mini running OS X 10.4? How can I be my own DNS and mail server? Without overshadowing that question, would it be smarter to think in terms of DynDNS for external DNS/mail services?

I'm recommending splitting up our company's webhosting and email services.
I'm looking for a group that has a 100% uptime,
phone based support - allows us to add/remove emails/mailing lists, and supports webmail.

Why does bandwidth cost anything? Short of hosting companies finding a means to make some money, what is the actual cost justification on charging for overages, etc? Is it a racket or does traffic actually put an expense on an ISP forcing them, in turn, to charge customers? Always wondered. Thanks.
