Is this box highlighting kit just bleach, or is it color? I purchased the wrong shade for my hair (purchased Creamy Caramel, I have probably level 7 blonde right now and I'm wanting to go lighter - I've been using the lightest one available) but if it's just bleach I'm thinking it would still work, right? I'm not a hair color expert, but the kit has powder and developer and it smells strongly of bleach.

I've got a text in Word with highlighting in two colors. Is there a way to delete all the text with highlighting in only one of those colors?

Most syntax highlighting palettes are created by people with no
graphic design/usability sense. What are some great examples of really lovely to look at (for long periods of time) and useful syntax highlighting palettes/schemes?

I've been getting my hair highlighted by a rather inexperienced stylist for the last few months. I love the general color (a soft cool ash blonde) but I'ved got a few problems with it. Now I'm going someplace new with a more experienced colorist. I know what I want -- how do I tell them what I want?

I'm using
GeSHi for syntax highlighting but I am looking for a GeSHi theme that does Eclipse syntax highlighting. With Eclipse being such a popular IDE I'm sure someone has created such a theme for GeSHi, but alas my attempts to find one have failed. Anyone have any tips/direction for me? Thanks!
