Can anyone help with problems with Starkey Zon.5 hearing aids. Purchased six months ago and back to vendor 5 times. Vendor and manufacturer say adjustment problem but visits for readjustment have been useless. Seem OK in vendor's quiet office but no real help in the noisy world outside his office. Feedback almost constant in left ear, almost non-existant in right ear? [more inside]

My mother, who is in her 50s, suffers from hearing loss. Two years ago my parents (who are both retired and live on a limited income) scraped together $3000 to buy her a set of hearing aids. They just stopped working, and of course the warranty was only for one year. So she is in the market for a new set. [more inside]
