I've been adding this superfood powder to smoothies lately for breakfast and would like to continue to, but I seem to have a little bit of an allergy to something in it, perhaps grass pollen? My question is, is this inherently dangerous if it's only been a bit of a passing irritant, or will it actually improve with consistent repeated exposure (like with allergy shots)? [more inside]
Need a website or book that has daily workout routines. What I'd like is one that has a time for cardio and then a daily focus on arms, legs, or core, etc. Sort of like you'd get from a trainer but something you can do at home. We have an elliptical, awesome weight bench, and other assorted exercise equipment. Suggestions? (Woman, btw). Is it safe to mix 24 hour Loratadine (Claritin) with 25-50 Diphenhydramin HCl (Benadryl)? My allergies are killing me and the loratadine does not seem to be doing the job.
