My cat is sick. I have next to no money. Is there a really-truly-worth it pet insurance company you recommend? Or is there a place I can apply for financial assistance?

Depression! But maybe it's hypothyroidism? Dr google tells me it might be cancer (ovarian or bowel) when I add in the other health changes I've had over the last year. Hope me? What do I ask? Who do I see? No insurance. Location and gmail inside.

My wife's PAP just came back showing "atypical glandular cells of undetermined significance". We are both concerned, and I'm having a hard time finding any useful information about what this is likely to mean in terms of prognosis, treatment, etc... So far, everything I've found has been either too superficial to be helpful or too dense to understand. Can anyone point us to some fairly in-depth information that won't overwhelm us with medical-speak? At this point, we're both scared, and any information at all would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

It's my first question here, ... and it's kinda heavy...
I met a girl/lady. She 's the sweetest person, but she's got a lump inside one of hear breasts. Size of a big plum, except longer. She moved in to CA, has no health insurance and believes that holistic medicine alone will do the trick if it turned out to be a breast cancer...
She would probably prefer - no chemical, no doc bs, better to live quicker happy, rather than slower but with pain kind of path, but I 'm worried and scared, maybe more than she is. I've heard that mammography and some other scan is needed to evaluate and that it's a sort of financial black hole. What to do folks? I need to get her checked, but both mine and her finances are at all times low/0.
Please, any input will be greatly appreciated.

Found a distinct lump, and suspect it might be a hemorrhoid. I'm worried, though, that it could be something much worse. Can I wait for my next appointment with my doctor in two weeks or is this something I should have examined right away? If, for example, it was a tumour, would two weeks make a difference?
