what is the correct term for musician jump kick

What should I call it when a band is finishing a song and the guitarist hits the last chord while jumping in the air and jack knifing his/her legs back? I guess it's a way of putting an exclamation mark on the song, and, I suppose, to make sure that the other members of the band know that the song is ending here and not going around again. Should I just call it a "jump kick" or is there some preferred term among musicians. Any other insights into this practice are welcome, since I'm not a musician. This is for a documentary.

In the 80's, which guitarist played a white guitar daubed with paint splotches and Pollock-like streaks of neon pink and green, among other colors? I recall seeing the guitar (probably in a video), but can't place the guitarist or find any images.

Guitar player from France. With Jewish roots. Plays fusion and his name is.......? There's this ~awesome~ guitar player whose cassette I once proudly owned, whose name I totally forgot other than Benasoulin maybe...something... His music is reminiscent of Pat Metheny but with more of a Mediterranean/Far Eastern vibe to it. I remember I once looked him up on the net and it said he hailed from France, was self-taught and he had Jewish roots. Other than this -

Who is the famous guitarist whose name sounds like "King Gannom?" I am transcribing an interview and my respondent refers to someone whose name sounds like "King Gannom" but I can't find any person named that. Is there a famous guitarist (maybe from the 50s, 60s, or 70s) whose name sounds like that? The context of the reference gives no clues, it was something like "[Someone] was such a great guy to play with, no matter what your level of ability he always made you feel like you were King Gannom or one of those guys like that."

Touring guitarist with Sarah McLachlan. Vic Something? I caught the pick, but not his last name when introductions rolled around. No info on her site detailing band members, a friend says they rotate depending on the tour. I'd love to know if the guy has any of his own work out. Any suggestions?
