How can I reframe my thinking so that I stop comparing myself to coworkers who do all they do AND have families to take care of at home?

I have a lot of autonomy in my job, along with a lot of responsibility. How can I get better at organizing my working patterns so that I get everything done, without always worrying that I should be working on some other task instead? Looking for recommendations for tactics, mindsets, books, apps, or whatever's worked for you.

How do I stop feeling bad about calling in sick at work when I'm actually sick? I always ended up feeling guilty, like I should have just went and suffered through it.

I run a small charity that works with several hundred children with about 40 staff doing operations and two people working with me on fundraising and management. I'm unpaid and fulltime, and completely burnt out but it's not a job I can quit or handover immediately - I'm doing a transition to half-time, but it will take another six months, due to the specialised work. How do I stop myself from just setting fire to my desk one day?

There's a guy at work who fascinates me and I would love to get to know him as a friend, but I'm afraid to pursue it for fear he'll think I'm coming on to him. (I'm happily married and not looking for an affair). Should I just relax, not overthink it and let things develop, or should I run?

Just got done with an extended discussion of how weird my family is, after we decided to go to a buffet for thanksgiving rather than get together with the in-laws. Part of the problem is that my side of the family is "economically disadvantaged" and spouse's side of the family is middle class.
