My daily schedule is wide open, and I'm not getting anything done. How should I schedule my time? [more inside]
Can anyone recommend a streamlined time tracking app for the iPhone? I'm looking for something that will let me set up a few general categories — desk work, studio work, commute, gym, etc. — and basically lets me pick one and hit a big start/stop button. Export functionality in some way (even dirt-simple) is needed, fancy stuff like invoice generation / project management is not. The goal is to get a rough statistical overview of how I spend my days, not to get obsessive granularity or handle timesheets, so the ideal app would be about two taps to pick a category and start the timer.
How can I manage multiple personal interests without going crazy? [more inside]
I'm looking for a coach to help me with several things, but primarily to get me started with either Getting Things Done or some other time management system. I know I could do it myself, but I also know that I won't without outside help. Beyond that, if the person was also a business coach I could work with going forward, that would be great. A step further, if they're also a life coach, not required but all the better. My first choice would be someone in the NYC area who I could work with in person some of the time, but I'm also open to a phone-only situation. Thanks!

GTDFilter: I need help managing my time but it's something different. Not necessarily time for doing things but thinking about them. Basically, I cannot cope with multiple responsibilities effectively; even small things end up taking hours. [more inside]
