Daily Planner Question: need a two-page-per-day, "classic" (5 1/2 x 8 1/2) size. Have used DayTimer and Franklin (Covey) alternately for years. Standard packages from both either have extraneous materials that I don't need renewed each year or force me to order a base package that is insufficient and supplement it with specific things a la carte, driving up the price. Index card quest! I'm looking for a very particular kind I've seen in the past: a small (smaller than standard 3"-by-5", like 2"-by-1"!), possibly pastel-colored set of cards that come on a single, small binder ring (not spiral-bound!) and are enclosed in a plastic cover (not a fabric one!), almost certainly with a snap. I am looking for any online task list/calendar that meets the following criteria: 1)sync with Palm/using WinXP; 2)supports categories; 3)supports recurrence; 4)(preferably) has some way to be integrated into my Wordpress website. (Robust goal management would be a plus). I have tried Yahoo, but it does not support recurrent tasks and I find the auto-add of Y! Messenger contacts to be intrusive and annoying.

I am looking for a resource or advice on organizing files and folders on a shared hard drive. I am faced with 12 GB of files that need to be reorganized - many files and folders are out-of-date, irrelevant, or obsolete, and many were created by people who no longer work at my company for projects that are no longer active.
