Looking for group exercises aimed at professionals that can demonstrate how leadership works, or games the group can play where they have to organize themselves and perhaps undertake an activity or complete a task. Basically any ideas that are fun, gets the group laughing and thinking- and they leave believing I'm awesome.

My Meetup group has grown too large for our regular trivia night. Help me brainstorm ideas for a group of 10-15 people (sometimes more, sometimes less) to play trivia, drink beer, and socialize. [more inside]

Buying a Wii game for my parents. They have the sports and resort games, I'd like it to be something that multiple people can play, ideally at a party, as that's when they use it the most. Great group Wii games?

Are there more fun ways to give away a variety of prizes at a raffle than just draw names/numbers from a box? ie: gameshow-style, competitions, etc. [more inside]
