I would like advice on creating a dynamic graphing website to display clinical data on a intranet website to better aide clinicians. What my superiors are seeking is a "Data Mall." My programming/server-admin. experience is minimal, but my Linux-hobbyist mentality
hates the MS Access solution that is being built.

Asking for a colleague:
"Back in October 2008, I found a free online app that uploaded data from Excel and produced (very pretty) charts and graphs. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep track of the website, and I’m having trouble tracking it down again. Most of the free graphing apps I’ve found online today require that you manually input the data; I’m looking for something that will more easily upload a set of data from Excel."

Warning: wait to read this question until tomorrow if you are in Learned League.
So, today one of the Learned League questions was, What is the y-intercept of the line with the following equation?: 3y-11x = 39. I couldn't get any further than y = 13 + 3 2/3 x or y = 13 +3.66666x. Actually it appears the response is 13. How does one get to the right response for this question?

What's the best way of adding a "live" graph to my .NET WinForms application, similar in behaviour to the scrolling CPU usage and pagefile graphs found in Task Manager? Must be free, not too ugly, and not too processor-intensive.

I'm working on something like a glorified graphing calculator application, based on a small functional programming language. Each input program describes a function of some number of parameters, and the app's job is to plot the function's output across various input ranges. Is there an existing language with an open-source parser I can reuse for this job instead of inventing and implementing a new language from scratch?
