Warning: kinda gross question about bowel movements, bleeding, and wheat/gluten intolerance! In the last year (I'm in my late 20s), I've noticed that if I eat wheat products (bread, pasta) or oatmeal, my bowel motion the next day will be so difficult that I'll experience bleeding or tearing. Over the last few years, a number of health problems have flared up that I suspect might have something to do with each other: weight gain, fatigue, acid-reflux/loose stools (possibly related to gluten intolerance) and irregular periods.
