Gifts for a stock picker: I'm looking for a thoughtful gift for my secretary. She loves to play the market, so I thought that I could buy her a Vanguard gift certificate or something and let her speculate with the money, but that doesn't seem to be possible. Any suggestions? I'd like to spend around $100. Thanks!

Chinese wedding gift customs: A close friend of mine is from mainland China, and she recently got married to a guy from England. I'd like to buy them a very nice wedding gift. Are there any Chinese customs that I should be aware of? Are certain gifts traditional? Should I stay away from certain colors? [more inside]
