My library has a Playstation 3 gaming program, and I'm looking to buy a few new games for it. Most of the people who come are ages 10-14, and I'm looking for games that would be appropriate for that age group (yes, I know most of them play Halo and Grand Theft Auto at home, but for the library they should really be rated T and under). We have some sports games (soccer, basketball, car racing) and some fighting games (Marvel Vs. Capcom, Street Fighter), and I'd really like a good game or two that doesn't fit in those boxes, but I'd be open to really good sports and fighting games.
Oh -- and it should DEFINITELY have multiplayer.
What should I get?
(We definitely can't get a next-gen console.)

I played the PC game Worms years ago. Which of the many current sequels (if any) has that community moved to? [more inside]

What are the best multiplayer Wii games, especially for a family that loves causing havoc in co-op mode (be it in an FPS, or in a third-person hack-n-slash RPG)? We already have the Wii Sports/Resort games and aren't really interested in Super Smash Bros or Super Mario.

My spouse and I like to play PS3 games together. Keeping in mind that we've run through Resistance: Fall of Man
5 times now on Superhuman and are getting bored with it, what are your favorite PS3 games which allow COOPERATIVE local play (2 or more players)? I've checked previous threads, but not seen PS3 recommendations. Thanks, hive mind.

For the love of sweet holy Moses, how can I find out what router I'm using? But wait! There's a catch. I can't see
it. [more inside]

My friend has a Linux laptop, and I have a Mac. We'd like to play a fun multiplayer strategy-type game against each other. Can you think of a game on the wide Internets, browser-based or downloaded, that would fit the bill?

LatencyFilter: I'm making a multiplayer flash game, where players communicate with each other via a socket connection to a server. How fast can information be sent like this? [more inside]

Good, multiplayer, web based strategy games. They have to be out there. None have quite done it for me yet, for which I should be thankful but am not.
