Looking for a free development environment package for creating simple games that run from the browser through widely used plug-ins. Basically I need something like Visual Basic that compiles a Java Applet or Flash game or ActiveX. I am pretty good with coding simple games in Visual Basic and C but I don't have much time to get into the nitty-gritty of it with the interface.
