What is the "laughter song" in this Spongebob video at 1:40 - 1:49? This is part of the original episode, not added by the YT user. I have heard this tune frequently over the past 25 years in various network programs for anything considered "funny", usually in bloopers and slapstick, and have never been able to identify it.
