I've been trying to get under a certain weight for weeks. Whenever I know that if I do well on a certain day, I'll have reached my goal in the morning, I tend to subconsciously self sabotage (by over eating or eating something I know will make me gain weight the next day.) I have no idea how to stop my late night eating. I've battled it for years. For the last few months, it's caused me to gain back ALL of my weight that I busted my ass to lose in 2006. I went from 200 to 175 and was quite proud of myself. I wanted to lose about 5-7 lbs even back then but I was fairly content. I'm so so frustrated with myself.
