Would it be inappropriate to surprise your best friend at the airport who has been on a long international flight?
She'll be arriving alone in Abu Dhabi from Toronto this evening. We haven't seen each other in about five months. See further details below: [more inside]

I'm going to be in a cabin in the wilderness for three days with one of my best friends. We will each be bringing flip cameras with us.
We want to make a viral video and we're looking for ideas of what to shoot/make. Any ideas? Go wild! We're open to just about anything.
If we end up using your idea, we promise to mention your name in the credits.

Mrs. Killaseal's best friend started a business less than a year ago (so far, so good). Mrs. K would like nothing more than to be able to assist best friend at the new business (food industry), but distance we live apart will not permit that, so that is out. So, we would like to give her a nice gift to congratulate her. Mrs. K wants to know, should we buy her an actual item (or items), in the 200-300 dollar range, or should we just give her a nice card with equivalent cash, since every budding entrepreneur could probably use the extra cash to help out with the new business? Mrs. K worries that although they are best friends, cash might still be tacky. [more inside]

Collegedorkfilter: He's acting like he's in love with me, and I feel the same, but he seems to have another girl. What do I do? Nerdy ass literary references, awkward silences, and lots of hot-wild cuddling action ensue! [more inside]

Have you ever been asked to be the best man for a "friend's" wedding and you: 1. Are not really that good friends with the guy anymore. and 2. Have absolutely no type of desire to organize a raunchy style bachelor party and 3. Are not friends at all with his other guy friends so would have a hard and awkward time getting people to come to the bachelor party anyways? Even if not, any advice on how to handle the situation?
