I ride a vintage pedal start moped and work in the Columbia Tower downtown Seattle (4th &amp; Columbia). The bike is no larger than a bicycle and smaller in some cases. For the last week the parking garage let me park locked up at the bike racks, but this week they decided to change their minds and give me the boot unless I pay regular car prices. Generally, I just lock up to a bike rack on the sidewalk, but knowing from experience and being next to the Municipal Tower and Police department, it probably won't fly with the city/meter maids. The parking garage across the street charges $5 a day, but that would be $120 a month, which is $120 more than I'm willing to pay.
