Ok, I went freelance about 4 years ago…and it’s been great.
My problem is this: I spend time avoiding paperwork. I have a small set of tasks that someone could do.
I’d like to hire someone for (at the least) handling invoicing and collections.
What/who am I looking for? Is that a bookkeeper? [more inside]

I'm doing a website project for a local musician, but I need to make sure it's "above board" as far as the IRS is concerned. How do I proceed? 1099 forms, etc? [more inside]

I've got a client that is sitting around after they've approved the design. I can't seem to make them get off their asses so I can finish this and more importantly collect the final payment. Any and all advice is welcome.
