How do I get a the rows in a table to stay clumped in fives even if I add or change the data?I have a long list of data that I need to arrange in a table, and I want the rows grouped together in fives. I'm currently working in Microsoft Word, and what I've got looks something like
this Google Doc. I want the table(s) to stay grouped like this even if I add, delete, or change the data. If I just use the Word tables, adding a new line to a group will just create an extra row.

Is there any easy way in, say, Visio or another MS Office product, to make an attractive chart in a compact tree view format? I am trying to make an Organization Chart that looks more similar to a Windows Explorer folder directory than a traditional Org Chart.

How do I format cells in EXCEL to accept numeric values in the form: -26:32 (or +26:32 ... that is, mm.ss but including the pos/neg sign)? I'm trying to compile a simply list of Messier Objects (astronomy) and can't figure out how to include declinations.

Microsoft Excel 2000 v 9.0 - is there some way to stop excel from automatically turning email addresses into hyperlinks? Not just turning off the 'blue and underlined' format but actually not making them links. I've done it before in other versions of excel but I can't find a way to do it in this version. Thanks!
