My dream apartment is for sale, but does not come with parking in the building. Apparently this is the reason the apartment has not sold in over 200 days. Resale without the parking would be extremely difficult. Would love to FIND a stall for sale in the building but don't know where to start. The building management does not seem to want to help. The building is completely locked down so distributing mail to residents is near impossible. What else could I potentially try to find a stall for sale?

The backstory might shed light, but it's long and I'm sorry if it bores you. I might make a TL;DR sentence, but I suggest you read the whole thing. TL;DR. Befriended girl and crushed, had a lot of issues that turned me off, turned into a very close friend, badly timed telling her about dead feelings, and managed to still communicate until I had to back off for a bit. Don't know what I should do? [more inside]
During fund drives, I'm always told the positive comments of listeners who support the mission of public broadcasting and the drives that pays for the public radio and TV stations to operate. I have a feeling that hospitals push surgery all the time. my grandma was diagnosed with a heart defect that she was born with and they recommended surgery for 40 years.she has mitral stenosis and she was fine and on meds and no major issue except once when she was in the hospital. however now that we revisited the subject, I asked her if she should get the surgery. she is 77. she is saying God forbid that old people have trouble recoviering from it and that she can die from a surgery when she can just live as long as she can naturally and the pills help her. we know that the pills only treat the symptoms not the underlymg cause. so from your experience and with your old beloved, how do they handle heart surgery after 75? did you have good or bad experience with such surgery? of course I will just respect her wish but I wonder what experience did you have with your beloved ones undergoing mitral stenosis surgery
Hi does anyone know the name of the pop song that appears halfway through the movie un novio para mi mujer (a boyfriend for my wife) argentina from 2008? the english translation goes something like the stars are raining down on our bedroom...its the scene where the husband and wife are dancing in the kitchen after he makes her a fruit smoothie. I'd love to know where I could get it...anyone know the title and/or the singer?
I have family coming in for a funeral this week. Our house is the hub, so I'm going to be feeding a group of 10-12 for 5 days. Any thoughts on comforting foods, that are relatively easy to prepare for that many? I am a good cook, but will have to spend some time at work this week, so I won't have tons of time to devote to this.
Would love to get any advice or experience on good exercises to tone-shape pec area of chest. Any low impact excercises using body weight or dumbell use?

I couldn't find any information as to how Alan Moore goes about writing his comics (namely Watchmen, V for Vendetta, and From Hell). I found an excerpt from his Watchmen script which shows how incredibly detailed he is in describing each panel. I once read that on Watchmen, it was a back-and-forth between him and Dave Gibbons, where Gibbons starts off with roughly sketching out the panels, gets comments from Moore, gets greenlit, then proceeds to drawing the final version. Any more information on Moore's process? Any other scripts you know of and is his writing as detailed for all his projects as detailed (I know that From Hell has labyrinthine appendices that almost match the work itself in length for example)?

In the curious 1975 comedy Linda Lovelace For President, there's a scene in which, faced with the bankruptcy of her campaign, Lovelace starts inexplicably chanting the phrase "Soda water bottle, have a banana." This is picked up on by members of her marching band, and then becomes a series of calls and responses. The scene, completely safe for work, can be seen here. What on earth is this a reference to?
I've struggled with depression for 30 years and have tried multiple medications/treatments, light therapy, Transcendental Meditation, etc. The last modality I had so much hope for was Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation; the treatments actually made my depression worse. Since we all know of cases where tumorous cancers have disappeared without explanation, I'm hoping someone has witnessed this occurring in a friend or loved one who's been diagnosed with clinical depression?
I recently dated this guy whom I have to admit I liked him a lot for the sex in spite of everything else I hated about him. After three months of hot and cold behaviors, I have finally decided to let him go but inside I am still hurting. Any heart to heart advice? [more inside]
We are looking for a way to get out of the cold for at least two months during the northeast winter and have been trying to figure out if its possible to rent a small ( one bedroom) place in the coast of Florida. But not near the hustle and bustle of Miami or Boca. We are looking for a laid back sleepy and affordable spot to be and stay warm during Feb/March, any ideas?

Can't take the cold Northeast and wonder if Charleston would work? My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles to the Eastern shore of Ct. for a variety of reasons mainly cost of living and seeking a closer knit community. Weather is a big deal and we thought we could handle it but the being stuck indoors, the layers of clothes, the desire to hibernate are all getting to us pretty quick. [more inside]

"Blues For A Rotten Afternoon" CD filter: can anyone tell me who is singing/playing on "If The Sea Was Whiskey" on this CD? The promo says "No matter what causes the pain, sometimes the only answer seems to be diving into a sea of drink, as Willie Dixon prepares to do in 'If the Sea Was Whiskey.'" Here's a link to a page with samples from all the tracks on this (great) CD. It doesn't sound like Willie Dixon to me, and the track listing says "Willie Dixon Tribute." Thanks!
