In Lima, Peru for 3 days. Where to buy FABRIC for high-tech outdoor gear? Stuff like Polartec Fleece, Schoeller (Soft-shell), Waterproof (Gore-tex?, etc.), or the like. Brand names in this case are important...but probably only for quality issues. [more inside]
